1. Introduction

Trainly is a fitness coaching application for workouts, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and trainer communication. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect data when you use the Trainly mobile application, website, and related services.

This policy applies to the Trainly mobile app published on Google Play and to app-support pages hosted at sukar9x.app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

When you create an account or use our services, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Profile photo (optional)

2.2 Health and Fitness Data

To provide personalized fitness recommendations, we collect:

• Height and weight
• Fitness goals and preferences
• Workout history and performance data
• Nutrition preferences and dietary restrictions
• Progress photos (optional)
• Body measurements
• Step count, activity, and health-sync data if you grant permission
• Coach-assigned plans, completion status, and related notes

When you join a source-verified step challenge and grant health access, Trainly sends step record identifiers, source identifiers, recording method, start and end times, and step counts to its server to check eligibility, duplicates and overlaps and calculate challenge scores. These records are processed transiently; daily summaries and evidence digests are retained. Manual entries and records with unknown recording methods do not qualify. Source metadata is not proof of physical activity. This source-record processing applies to joined source-verified step challenges, not every health connection or challenge type.

2.3 Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device and app usage:

• Device type, operating system, and version
• Technical logs and error reports
• Push notification tokens used to deliver reminders and account messages
• Trainly records your account’s access status — for example whether a trainer or administrator has granted, limited or revoked access to coaching content — together with any access requests you submit to them.
• Camera or photo-library access only when you choose to upload profile or progress images

2.4 Tenant and Branding Data

When a coach, trainer, gym, or tenant customizes Trainly, we may process organization profile and branding settings such as tenant name, logo, colors, cover image, profile picture, gallery images, tagline, welcome message, intro video URL, social links, website, and selected app-label preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Provide personalized workout and nutrition plans
• Track your fitness progress and achievements
• Send you important updates and notifications
• Improve our app features and user experience
• Provide customer support
• Ensure app security and prevent fraud
• Maintain account access, subscriptions, and service reliability
• Enable coach, tenant, and administrator workflows where your account is connected to a managed program
• Apply tenant branding and customization where a coach or organization has configured a branded app experience

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the app, provide coaching services, comply with law, or honor your choices.

4.1 Service Providers

Trainly uses Google Firebase services. Optional Firebase Analytics collection starts off and is enabled only if you opt in; you can turn it off again in the app. This choice controls optional Analytics, not the separate crash-reporting or notification services. Firebase Crashlytics remains enabled separately for reliability and sends crash reports, installation identifiers and app, device and version context to Google; no account user ID is set on it. Firebase Cloud Messaging uses installation identifiers to deliver notifications. This data is processed by Google under its terms, and Google’s documentation states that Crashlytics retains traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live systems and backups.

Trainly uses hosting and infrastructure providers to store and process account data, an email delivery provider to send account-related messages, and Google Firebase for crash reporting and push-notification delivery, as described in the diagnostics and messaging section. This app release does not include in-app purchases or app-store checkout.

4.2 Authorized Coaches and Administrators

If your account is connected to a coach, trainer, tenant, or administrator, limited profile, workout, nutrition, progress, and communication data may be visible to those authorized users so they can provide the service you requested.

We may disclose your information if required by law or to:

• Comply with legal processes or government requests

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information:

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Specifically:

• Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active
• Deletion requests: Operational data, uploaded media and backups are handled separately. A receipt does not confirm a completion date.
• Legal requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law
• Aggregated data: Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely

You can request account deletion from within the app while signed in. If the request is accepted, account access is restricted; restriction is not erasure. Operational data, uploaded media, records held by processors and backup copies are handled in separate tracks, each requiring its own fulfillment check, and completion is confirmed only after those checks are complete. No completion date is stated at the time of the request. Questions about a deletion request can be sent via the contact page. Exceptional legally required retention is documented separately.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

10. Third-Party Services

Our app may integrate with third-party services (such as fitness trackers or social media platforms). This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before connecting these services to your Trainly account.

Examples may include Google Play services, Firebase services, cloud hosting providers, and health or fitness APIs that you choose to connect.

The data categories described here are intended to align with the app's Google Play Data safety disclosures. If you find a mismatch between this policy, the app behavior, and the Play Store listing, please contact us so we can correct it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by:
