How do I delete my account and data?

Use the app deletion flow where available, visit our Delete Account page, or email privacy@9xfitness.com from the email connected to your account. Active account data is removed within 30 days where legally and technically feasible.

How do I export my fitness data?

Email privacy@9xfitness.com with the subject "Data Export Request". We will verify the account and respond with available account, workout, nutrition, and progress data within the required response window.

Can I opt out of data collection?

Some data is required to provide your account, assigned plans, coaching, subscriptions, and app security. Optional permissions such as notifications, photos, camera, and health sync can be controlled through your device settings or app prompts.

How is my health data protected?

We use secure transport, role-based access controls, cloud-provider protections, and operational review to protect personal and fitness data. We do not sell personal information, and coaching data is shared only as needed to provide the service or honor your choices. Read our Data Handling page for complete details.

Can coaches customize the app?

Yes. Tenant branding can include logo, colors, profile and cover images, welcome copy, tagline, gallery, social links, intro video, and selected app labels where enabled.

How do I update my privacy preferences?

You can adjust device permissions from Android or iOS settings. For account-level privacy requests, email privacy@9xfitness.com.

What data do you collect about me?
