How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly from the app settings under "Account Management" → "Delete Account". All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at privacy@9xfitness.com to request account deletion.
How do I export my fitness data?
Go to app settings → "Privacy & Data" → "Export My Data". You'll receive a downloadable file with all your fitness data in JSON format within 24-48 hours.
Can I opt out of data collection?
