Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Trainly account and associated personal data at any time. This page is provided for Google Play account deletion compliance and for users who cannot access the app.
Option 1: In the App
If account deletion is available in your app version, open the app and go to Settings or Profile, then choose the delete account option.
Option 2: Email Us
Email privacy@9xfitness.com from the email address connected to your account. Include the subject line "Delete my Trainly account".
If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify ownership before deletion.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile information
- Workout, nutrition, progress, and measurement data associated with your account
- App preferences and communication records where deletion is allowed by law
- Uploaded profile or progress images associated with your account where technically available
Retention After Deletion
We remove deleted account data from active systems within 30 days where legally and technically feasible. Some limited records may be retained longer when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, subscription, or compliance purposes. Anonymous aggregated data that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
